If our current tour program does not fit your schedule, we can tailor make a skiing trip to your requirements. You tell us who and when and we'll tell you where and how.
We guarantee live options within 48 hours of your request, no charge. We'll only do that when you book!
Who we are
Jean-Claude Faudot:
Born in the French Jura, JC is the founder of Ski Abroad. He was a French National Ski Instructor for many years, spending seasons in Villars, St Moritz, San Carlos de Bariloche and Farellones. He spent twenty years in Val d’Isere where he was the Managing Director of the ESF, the Deputy Director of the Val d’Isere men’s alpine events during the winter Olympic Games 1992 and the Technical Director for the Club des Sports. He then spent six years as the sales director for Ski Weekend in the UK. In 2008, jc bought Smaug Abroad limited. With this weight of experience behind him, we hope you’ll forgive his unalterable froggy pronunciation of the English language!
Stanislav Halcin:
Born in the Carpathian Mountains in Slovakia, Stan has a degree in travel and tourism. He is our office wizard, nothing ever fazes him. He is as calm as a spring morning on a windless mountain slope.
Ferdinand Boston:
Born in Val d’Isere, Ferdi got his Baccalaureate from the European School and then a degree from the University of Nottingham. He has youth and enthusiasm on his side (jealous sigh!!).
